Cant send/receive money nor can i transfer it to my back

i have been a pay pal member for 4 years and i just receive a message saying that i can no longer use pay pal because i broke one of the policy rules but i never did anything to break one of those rules. Someone please help

I'm sorry to hear that you can no longer access your PayPal account due to as per what you mention, breaking a specific rules or guidelines on our services. You can actually double check this guidelines through our website.

Go to www.paypal.com

scroll down and click "Legal" on the lower right corner of the screen between privacy and feedback
