My account was hold for 165 days and now i can't use this paypal account anymore. Fine, So, i want to transfer my all funds to another paypal account or withdraw my funds but unfortunately they don't allow to add any bank account . i can't send money for holding my account for 165 days but now 165 days over so now how can i get my all funds? I Already try to contact with them several time but still didn't get any solution.
