Can’t use my account

I can’t use my account anymore as I breached the user agreement I don’t know how to fix this

But why are they closing so many this is the third post I've seen including mine that are all about the same thing.

Paypal have 364 MILLION accounts worldwide and you have seen 3 posts on this worldwide forum.

So not a really big problem is it, paypal don't close them for 0 reason as they want you to have and use an account as that is how they make their cash.

They close them if you are underage or have broken the user agreement or acceptable use policies in some way.

They rarely tell you as it would make no difference anyway if the ban was permanent.
