Why are things so complicated with Paypal?
My account has been limited because paypal want to see proof of address documents.
I go to the upload page, fill in the residential address form, drag a .jpg scan of my credit card bill to the upload box, the file uploads (0.6mb) and the "next" button remains greyed-out, so I can not proceed any further.
The document is the right one, right size and right format.
What is the problem and why can't paypal make it more simple? They take enough to employ someone to do it... at my wits end with Paypal.... again....
Any help would be massively appreciated.
