II'm trying to resolve a dispute. When I try to confirm I accept terms proposed by the merchant, I get an error and there's no way to reach anyone at PayPal to help me. This has been happening for several days. Can anyone help?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
