My account got limited 6 months ago I had to wait to get my money. It’s been 182 days and I can only transfer money to the card on file, BUT I no longer have that card anymore as this was 6 months ago this incident happend. Why can’t I add a new card to receive my money? How am I supposed to get my money off PayPal? I’ve already been waiting 6 months
