Paypal is keeping my money since 2017 although I sent all documents requested. This all started to happen once leave the UAE to vacation and since then my account got limited and my money held! Now can't add a bank account that is not in UAE! How to solve it?
I do not have a bank account in UAE. Before I withdraw using my VISA card.
