Can PayPal transfer it for me?

Since my account is unverified, and now limited after less than a year of it NOT limited and unverified at the same time, is it possible for PayPal to transfer the money for me? My sister let me use her debit card, and as I can’t do anything with my account, I want PayPal to do it for me. I only have $11 in it, so it’s not much. But it’ll be stuck there forever otherwise, ‘cause I don’t have a photo ID for verification. I want to send the $11 into my sister’s account.

Unfortunately Customer Support wouldn't be able to transfer the funds for you, but they can help you resolve the limitation. Once that limitation is resolved, full account functionality is normally restored right away.
