CHICINFOS LTD - Is this a scam site?

I ordered from these people back in May. I DID receive my order but they were like 2 sizes too small. When they shipped them to me they did not send any packing slip, receipt, or ANY paperwork with the items. I found an email on the PAypal details but when I wrote to them, they never got back to me. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone have any contact numbers for them? HELP!!!

Same here. I ordered two swimsuits in May. One out of the two arrived in August. It fit terribly. I asked for a refund for the one I did not get. They told me since I disputed the charge on PayPal they had no way of giving me a refund. No customer service number just email. Getting the run around. PayPal said I could not get a refund because I received my package. I received one horrible swimsuit, I ordered two. This Co is the WORST!

Don’t order from this site.  You won’t get your items for months and then they will not refund monies when you want to cancel transaction

This company told me to end dispute and they would send me a refund. I ended my dispute and haven't heard from them again and they have 91.00 and I have nothing

I have had the same issues for MANY months. First I had items not received and have many items I did receive but are way smaller then size stated. I've tried contacting seller repeatedly and they never return any contact. I filed a dispute which was just denied due to "getting proper shipping information from seller"...but my issue with how to return items and get a refund has still gone unanswered by anyone. This seller is absolutely horrible...avoid ordering anything from them!!

YES!!  I ordered several suits from this company in June.  I received them many weeks later.  The sizes were wrong.  I tried to request a return authorization. The customer service address mysteriously began returning my emails as if there were undeliverable...even though I had communicated back and forth a few times. 

 

The rep refuses to send me a return authorization number.  I am currently waiting on a reply.  😞

In addition to the customer service email address of <Removed> (which works whenever it is convenient for them to communicate with you), here is another email that I have. <Removed>  Replace <Removed> when contacting.  Good luck!

I've only had 1 email to "reach them" and I've disputed this twice with PayPal and even PayPal does nothing. This company will never reach back out to you or respond. Ive been trying to get help on returns and refunds since May and have gotten no where but more upset and frustrated. This company IS THE WORST..A TOTAL SCAM! And they keep getting away with it and PayPal does nothing to help.

I had a problem with a recent purchase from this company. The shipping time on the items wasn't the problem, the items were received in a plastic mailer with Jamaica, NY return address are utter garbage. Looked nothing like the photos! Their website chichache.com says FREE RETURNS IN 30 days. I immediately contacted the company (getting email off the above-mentioned website) and was met with this from customer service - "Regift the items to a friend", "Sell the Items on line" - as my options.... because "shipping them back to China would cost almost as much as my purchase."  I've read their website a few times now... and nowhere does it say ANY of this information? I asked multiple times where the location of the information in their Terms of Service on the site where it mentions returns would have to go back to China. It doesn't.  And since it says FREE RETURNS in the footer of their site, why would I have to pay for the item to be shipped back to any location they were requesting? After opening a dispute with Paypal and trying to talk to the seller... they offered me an $18 settlement on a $76 purchase. I escalated to PP support and won my case and got a full refund, didn't have to return the items.  Do not buy from this company. They filter out bad reviews and operate under multiple identities on social media.

I have had the exact same experience. They offered me $4 as a return verses the $78 I paid. We have been haggling for 3 months now. Best of luck as PayPal has done nothing.
