I have sold an item about 25 days ago and the buyer paid for the item, I always follow the tracking to see the delivery process, so the item was received in few days all looked good.
Then the next day, buyer claimed that item was not received although the tracking shows that the item was delivered to the right address, I have all the proof needed for this delivery.
I cannot believe that ebay believe that and refunded the payment although the proof of delivery was there for all to see, now I am out of pocket and the tablet is still with the buyer.
On the 23rd Nov 2020 I have received e-mail from paypal saying that the payment for that auction was deducted out of my account.
I have been trying to appeal this decision but all the avenues seem to have been blocked, I am not getting anywhere.
Please help with advice on how to fix this problem.
