Buyer Claims Item Is Not As Described

Hello so a buyer had bought a microphone "Rode NT USB" and I said it was a 10/10 condition mic. Mic wasn't damaged at all, pristine condition. Including wires and stand. However, the pop filter was dirty but easily cleanable with tissue and warm water. I offered to pay for a new pop filter but he went to dispute. The buyer even saw the picture on Depop, the pop filter there was slightly dirty. He had said refund £30 to him but a pop filter does not cost that much at all. He is asking for whole refund because of a very very minor problem. Will I win this dispute? I'm not sure what or why he is unhappy about a very minor problem.

Sorry but only customer services can make that sort of decision.

However make sure you put as much information into the dispute stage of the claim via messages to the buyer before the buyer has the chance to escalate to a claim, then you just have to wait and see.
