I wasn’t warned, I don’t think I owed money, I haven’t used PayPal for anything for quite a long time..? So I’m really at a loss for why I’ve been banned.
anyone know how I can sort this out or is there no way to dispute this?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
