Bad Charge

Why is there a 74.99 charge on my CC. Its from Cheap Part[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] I haven;t used Paypal for some time.

If you don't see a corresponding transaction in your PayPal account, contact your card issuer to report the unauthorized payment as the transaction appears on the card, not in your PayPal account activity.

If you also see the transaction in your PayPal account activity, then click the transaction and click "Report a problem".
