One of our customers opened a claim against us (Sunday) for an undelivered item 3 days after purchasing. Our delivery terms states our delivery times are 2-5 working days.
Customer received their order the next morning (4th day) but will not close the claim. Meantime we have a large hold on our account.
We've emailed the customer and got no response. Filled all tracking etc on Paypal.
I've been waiting on Paypal help chat to reply for 2 days now.
We have all the evidence to show the item was delivered (photo from the courier and their tracking service ) emails between us, the courier and the customer.

Paypal does not get involved until the dispute is escalated to a claim.
A buyer has up to 20 days to do that.
Advice is voluntary.

I should have mentioned he has escalated to a claim, 3 days after ordering (within our delivery times). Delivery was made the day after. That was on Monday.
