As a seller how do I appeal a claim?

Hi, A buyer fraudulently opened a case against me regarding an amazon e voucher, without PayPal asking me for any evidence of me sending the voucher they have decided to let the buyer win the case while I have lost both my vouchers and money. The case is now ‘closed’. Anyhow, I would like to appeal their decision. Anyone know how to do this from a seller perspective on a closed case ? There seems to be options to appeal for buyers but not sellers (no surprise there as it seems buyers have more rights than law abiding sellers!) Any advise would be appreciated Thanks

Always best to read up on seller protection before you start selling on paypal.
Because there is 0 paypal seller protection for virtual or digital sales, you can sell them but at your own risk.
