How can I appeal a dispute that paypal has decided to close?

I also dealt with a fraudulent company that sent me nothing close to what i received, in which i discarded and now they refuse to refund my money. Has anyone found a way around this. It seems as paypal does not investigate these fake companies and allows them to get away with stealing our money.

My seller gave me 7 days to return a counterfeit item from Miami Florida USA to China during Covid-19 for a full refund.  When I replied to paypal that under covid-19 I did not think that it would be possible besides the item was shipped to me  from California why was I to return it to China and who would bear the shipping cost, they decided with the seller. Not sure about you, but the  communication I have had with paypal is very limited due to Covid-19 yet they expected me to return an item to China within 7 days. I am not happy, waiting unit they finally open their customer service center!!!!

Yes, this is exactly what is happening with me. My bank also refuses to file a claim because paypal uses bank info that does not cover these issues. Paypal needs to investigate these fake sellers. We trust them with our money and bank info.
