Yes, this is exactly what is happening with me. My bank also refuses to file a claim because paypal uses bank info that does not cover these issues. Paypal needs to investigate these fake sellers. We trust them with our money and bank info. ... View more

I also dealt with a fraudulent company that sent me nothing close to what i received, in which i discarded and now they refuse to refund my money. Has anyone found a way around this. It seems as paypal does not investigate these fake companies and allows them to get away with stealing our money. ... View more
