Hi Guys For some reason my account has been permanently stopped. I have phoned PayPal and they won't tell me why. The only activities I use PayPal is normally for buying,I did sell 2 items on Ebay, and received payment through PayPal, the 1st item was put on hold for 21 days,the 2nd item was paid straight away.I went to use some of my balance today, and that's when my account has been frozen. PayPal themselves were not helpful in any way
