Account verification for MY NGO have been ongoing for 1 year

in 2018 I was required to verify my PayPal account I've set up for my NGO (non-govt organisation).

I have submitted all the relevant documents as required

Under list of documents to submit, they all have green ticks with "completed" indicated.

 

But until now, there has been no progress.

I've sent numerous emails, and tried to contact them on PayPal.

No one has responded to me.

This is beyond frustrating, least of all because I went to so much trouble getting some documents (including from the bank) translated and verified etc.

 

Can anyone suggest anything?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

If I'm not mistaken, the Malaysian PayPal office closed down some time ago, which is why I've never called them.

Figured if all the emails and messages to Customer Support went unanswered, phone calls will be no different.

Will try to call them anyway on Monday.
