Supplier ignoring me after payment

Hello I need your help,I paid a supplier and she is no longer responding me what should I do ?

Locate payment transaction in your PayPal account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" to file an Item Not Received (INR) dispute.

 

If you sent payment as friends and family (indicated by "Money Sent" on your payment status), you won't be able to report Item Not Received because friends and family payments have no purchase protection, because it is considered a "gift" payment, so no refunds.
