My account was restricted and I provided all the requested information. This is a personal account not a business and there has been zero fraud. My concern is my covid related assistance and unemployment are direct deposited into the account. They have not been willing to stop my direct deposit or release my direct deposits for 6 months. That is ridiculous during a pandemic and their should be done urgency considering this is a personal account and covid related deposits. Please help.
