Account permanently limited

I have been successfully selling merchandise on Facebook for about a month now. All of a sudden I get notified that a review was done on my account and I guess I've been deemed a risk? I am permanently banned from using Paypal and they are keeping my money that they have been holding from me ( new seller) for 180 days??? Well I have been paying postage out of pocket, since funds are on hold so I have like 1200.00 in Paypal. I have mailed people's things in a timely fashion, I have no complaints in fact repeat customers. I'm not selling anything illegal. All my sales are in the US. What in the world is going on? I'm ready to have a meltdown.

PayPal does review accounts regularly, and any concerns with security, violations of the User Agreement or Acceptable Use Agreement, compliance obligations, etc., could lead to a permanent restriction. Additional information beyond what would have been provided to you in a notification and/or email would not be available due also to security concerns....so in other words they don't tell you.

Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days when you are banned. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, the account is in your legal name and registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
