Account limited

My account was limited and I've forwarded all the documents needed. The problem is the verification has taken too long.

Hi,

Same has happening with me however problem is that it ask to confirm email and when i goes to find option for confirm email i wont be able to find any such option and one which i find there it wont show any option to confirm OR unconfirmed email.

Without it i am not able to submit the case.
