hI, I Was selling some cbd products in my ebay account and sudenly they limited the account and blocking all the founds... Now i have problems with the old customrs who send me the money and i cant refund their money.
i tried to contact paypal through the email 3 times with no luck and they have disable the phon eby the covid...
How can i recover my account and continue selling other products not related to cbd?
I tried to create a new account, receive some payments but today they close it too...im desperate because i need work with paypal..
They must understand that CBD its not A DRUG and its legal in almost all countries..
