Account limited 180 days

Its already 180 days since june 2018 why my account still locked and cant withdraw the funds? please unlock my account cuz its already 180 days

The ban is permanent, they don't unblock it after 180 days, they only allow you to withdraw any funds after 180 days IF they have said you can.

Sometimes you can't if the account was set up in a fake name etc and you can't verify it.

Whats the point of that? Paypal allow you normally to withdraw funds after 180 days anyway?
