Account limitations

Hi Guys:

So Airbnb refunded me into my Paypal account, however i have account limitations on here,

I have done everything they asked on emails, uploaded photos and everything,

Now on the Resolution centre it shows my credit card statements as submitted, this hasnt changed in 5 days, with less than zero help from Paypal.

Currently i dont know how the hell a company that has zero customer relantions can be functional.
