Account limitations - card to confirm is cancelled

My account has been limited due to some fraudulent activity on the card connected to it. 
The first step to remove the account limitation is to confirm the card through a transaction, but the card is now cancelled by my bank.
I cannot add a new card to do the confirmation as the account is limited.
No answer from customer services on the phone or by instant message.

Any help welcome as I am going round in circles trying to fix this....
