So today my account got limited because I'm under 18, even though I wasn't aware that was a rule but anyway. I can't send or request money, receive payments or add funds to my account. However, at the moment I have an open dispute and I am in the process of getting a refund for a skirt I bought. Will I still receive the money when the seller refunds me? Where will that money go? Is there any solution to this as apparently I can't receive payments, but I want this refund as the item was faulty!!

If you funded the original payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account and a bit longer for a card, Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
