My account has been limited for several months now, phone support has been pretty aweful, the app is beyond useless and I stopped sending emails after I stopped getting replies, I’m a uni student, and both having money stuck in this account, and not being able to use PayPal to side hustle on apps like Depop for cash has effected my livelihood greatly, I haven’t been helped at all, anyone got any advice

If you go to the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account there should be some steps there you will need to complete in order to have the limitation lifted. Have you tried completing any of these?
