Last week i have successfully upload my identity card, proof of address and answered some question that paypal required me. After that, they messaged there is no limitation anymore in my account. And it tooks nearly 1 day. After that i logged back to my account but they still set LIMITATION, they required me to do again the samething that i did tto no longer limitation. But after a week, although i tried to contact them all the way i can, no responed. Any one have this problem before?
