Account limitation - no information on how to resolve?

My account has been limited as "We (paypal) couldn't confirm all the info provided". No further information given as to how I can resolve this. Can anyone advise? 

 

I am a little annoyed paypal allowed customers to pay me using paypal, but not allow me to withdraw that money. I would like to withdraw the funds.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

I have tried going through the "help" options. Just sends me back to the resolution centre which offers no guidance on what information paypal require to remove whatever limitation i have. 

 

I can not find a single link with contact details to talk to an actual person. 

 

Paypal assistant is easily the worst customer help tools i have ever tried to use.
