Account limitation error

Hi my name is mohamed and my account got limited because my friend wanted to send me some money to buy ky self a Asus rog 5 but my account got limited iam 19 and i pay no bills and I don't have a bank account I didnt link a bank account to my paypal but PayPal is asking for a bank statement wat the hell please some one help.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
