Account limitation despite providing needed documents

Hi all,

I've provided all required information and documents in order to be able to use my account normally, however, in the section of "Proof of residency" they've denied my document, being that it has all required information in it: My full name, my full address, my birthday, date that document was issued (less than 3 months old). It was a document issued by the Italian Post - official document. 

I don't understand why they denied it and I have tried to call them, e-mail them, but when I call, the line hang up. When I email, an automatic response is generate and nothing more, they don't analise my case and don't answer me.

Could someone help?

Proof of address
These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:

• Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
• Bank, credit card, or financial statement
• Cell phone bill

Hi!

I have uploaded my Bank Balance Statement from this month, however, they'd denied de document saying it was not valid, but I have no idea why.

I just login into my Bank account (transferwise) and selected - balance statement - download it and uploaded it. In fact, is the same bank account that is already linked and approved in my Paypal account.

Why was it denied?

It has my full name, address, date, etc. I have no idea why it was considered not valid. 

I'm very worried because my account will be completely suspended on 24 August - it already has limitations.

Same problems here.  My account has been limited for weeks, I have sent a copy of my passport, recent utility bill etc.

On the Account Limitation page it says action is needed to restore my account, but it also says "Completed".  I have a healthy balance, but cannot pay for anything or receive payments either 😞 

I have tried everyway to contact Paypal, but without success.  Any other suggestions please?
