Account limitation - can't upload documents

Hi,

My account has been limited and I was requested to provide a bank statement to prove my address and photo of my ID. I did that immediately. Then I got an email that the bank statement doesn't contain the 'date of issue' which it definitely does and that I provided the front of my ID only. I am unable to upload any new docs anywhere as under account restore clicking 'resolve' brings me to a page that states I provided all documents.It seems like that case is in progress but based on the email it's rejected.

How and where can I upload anything?

It is really frustrating as of course these things happen when you need your money and I'm a member for over 10 years.

Hello! I have been uploading documents that have to prove my address for some time. Bank statement, debit card, ID card, everything and nothing happens again! Please help me, tell me exactly what I need to do and what the correct document should be. Thank you!
