Hi! I had a transaction on the 30th of July 2020. I had to make a photo of my ID Card, and then PayPal blocked my account and since then they are holding back my money. It took me months to figure out the reason because the PayPal Customer Service didn't respond and although I wrote several emails, I always got answers from bots. The reason of my account blocking is that I wasn't turned 18 until January 8th, 2021. On the 30th of July 2020 they I got an email which said that they are holding back my money for 180 days. The 180 days have expired yesterday, the 26th of January, 2021. I still getting answers from bots. In the emails I got from bots there were a link to Resolution center where I could send a new photo of my ID, but when I go to the link it says I can't use PayPal anymore. I'm so clueless, what should I do?
