Dear friends, I have created an account in 2019 for some payments that time I was not much experienced in creating an account of PayPal after I have submitted some money and then that money was on hold for a long time now they are in my account and I cant use them.....during this I have made many mistakes to create that account like where I have to use my name there I have used the Business name now want to close my account and want my money back kindly guide me how it's possible. Its a Business account
