I got a resolution offered from the seller to Paypal for an item that was not sent correctly. I am forced to return it , which is unfair, paypal dont let me reply to the offer, just say if I do not ship by 26 I will lose my money. The catch is the address is in Chinese and this is not according mailing rules in USA post office. Someone had same issues, someone knows how reach paypal by phone?
