My account is permanently limited to 'protect PayPal from potential financial losses' but I have NOT done anything wrong and none of my customers are asking for refund to PayPal or me. I have been paying all PayPal Transaction Fees properly. I have spent only $75 from $490 for an EMERGENCY payment. I still got $400 hold by PayPal for 6 months. It's even illegal to hold money this long!!
The accusation latter don't even know I have balance in my account or my balance is bellow 0. I feel like it's all fault of BOT used by paypal.
