A friend sent me my stimulus money through paypal but sent it to an old paypal account. Paypal has permanently limited this account despite all the information I sent them for proof. The money my friend sent me was put on hold because of all this, and I am curious as to if it will be cancelled in 30 days because I can't accept the money, or if I have to wait the 180 days to access the funds even though the funds technically aren't in my paypal account?
This whole thing is beyond frustrating because I am expecting a child and was severely depending on these funds. Safe to say either way I am done with using paypal after this. Beyond frustrated that it's even legal for them to be able to hold my money from me.
