Earlier today someone made a fraudulent charge to my Paypal account. While trying to resolve the issue, I lost access to my account and now neither of my email addresses are recognized by PayPal. I tried calling PayPal but was told that account issues cannot be resolved online at this time and to contact them online. Except I cannot contact them online because I can't access my account. So I created a new account in order to contact customer service. They said they can't help from a different account and to call customer service.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
