Account has been limited for 3 years.

Trying to sell an item on Ebay.

I go to check if my PayPal account is in good standing then I find out it's still locked ever since I sent a bank statement awaiting to confirm my identity. (3years ago)

Is there a way out of this hell?

edit- I can still list an item however, buy it now requires a PayPal account.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
