I have had so much trouble the past 4 weeks, first off I had an account limitation so I uploaded everything that was asked of and was told to wait but everytime I was being told to wait 72 hours I never heard anything so I rang or messaged to find out what was going on and was told one of the documents they couldn't find so I uploaded them again and was told one was accepted but they needed something else anyway this went on and was promised over the phone it would be sorted by Wednesday I was then stopped by sending money and couldn't have access to the money that was in the wallet I was then told again today to upload everything and that they was accepted but to give it 24 hours to be sorted I have just gone on and my account and it says they have closed my account and I can't use PayPal anymore and they are keeping my money for 180 days when I have done everything they have asked of me I'm so confused

Same here, was trying to do my best and i have sent all info to take of the limitation on my account and ending today with that my account gor closed and limited for everything.
Can't get a hold of anyone via phone, no real person who could assist me via email.
Now i do understand how Elon Musk is doing his business, helding peoples money for 180 days and then maybe he will return it back.
I need help to, is it real that i will need to wait for 180 days in order to get my money? Is there a chance to solve this issue with the customer support and what's the process for that?

I have over £100 in my PayPal wallet and was told I have to wait 180 days to get it back but even people have said they still didn't get it back but that money is seriously needed but no one answers no one helps.. There was no reason for my account to be closed I did everything that was asked for 4 weeks they kept telling me I had to wait longer and longer and I feel in the end they couldn't be bothered so just closed the account
