Help, I’m going crazy. My PayPal says “You have an account alert”, “action required: provide additional information”... I CLICK TO PROVIDE THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION and it literally says “thanks for the additional information” I click in “go back to account overview” AND IT STILL SHOWING ME THE SAME “YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT ALERT” post

Hi Goodday @Itsedwindiaz I hope all is well I would like to help you if you can log-in through you paypal account from a web browser once you've logged in from your account when you click activity it is where you would if there is any alert or any new notification.

There’s any how I can send you pictures from it? It doesn’t show anything but it shows it on the main page

I have the same problem for months. 

Their customer service[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]is closed. After waiting in line, it will just tell you that it is not available.

 

I need to be able to pay via paypal. I transferred the fund but I cannot access it. 

I provided all the information and documents that they requested. 

I got a confirmation to wait for 2-3 business days. 

It's been more than 60 days and it hasn't been resolved. 

It's very frustrating. 

 

I hope someone can help.
