I have the same problem for months. Their customer service[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]is closed. After waiting in line, it will just tell you that it is not available. I need to be able to pay via paypal. I transferred the fund but I cannot access it. I provided all the information and documents that they requested. I got a confirmation to wait for 2-3 business days. It's been more than 60 days and it hasn't been resolved. It's very frustrating. I hope someone can help.
