Hi, I would like to ask regarding to account verification. Im A college student trying to open a PayPal account for my business, however I cannot go out and get Valid IDs due to the Pandemic all I have here are birth certificate, COR, and a student ID. would PayPal consider me sending only what I have cause I needed to send money to a friend unfortunately I cannot take action due to this matter. I hope my question will be answered.
