Account Temporarily Limited

I'm new user of this popular paypal, my problem is I don't have any bank card, I'm only using my GCASH to transfer withdraw my money, but today my account Limited access, I already send my ID's and address., for now because of pandemic this is the only way i gain income/profits by freelancing and selling eBooks, please give back full access of my account so I can pay my small bills, thanks and more power paypal team.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
