Account Permantely Limitated

So my account has been permanently limited how do I resolve this? Been trying to call for ages and can’t get through to anyone can someone help me?

If it says the word permanent AND says you can withdraw any funds post 180 days then sadly there is nothing to resolve, paypal no longer want your business.
