I own an accounting firm. Paypal consistently limits my account every other week. It's been over 6 months. Never had a chargeback or client complaint. I verified my identity, my business identity. My clients have verified they have received their services. Paypal released the funds. today I get a hold to send over the contract for services that have already been verified. Doing so is a breach of my contract with my client. Either the PayPal algorithm is wonky or the employees have zero common sense.
