Hello! I have quite a story here. I've received an email from Paypal saying I opened a PayPal account and not even that but I will be receiving a PayPal Cash Card! Now I did lose my phone for over a week now and I assume someone took a hold of my phone and opened an account using my email and my bank account information. I try addressing this issue through Customer service but every time I call, it's been really hard to reach them so I messaged a Paypal Assistant, received a message, but it didn't really solved my problem. The only reason I have a paypal account now is because it was the only way to reach customer service! So please help me in this situation. Someone opened an account under my email address and using my bank account information. Please and thank you! I appreciate your help!
