Paypal said that my account was limited and I would have to wait 180 days until they would send me an email informing me on how to withdraw my money. Its been 180 days and Paypal has sent me an email. It says that I can now withdraw my money but nothing else. I went to paypal and tried to withdraw my money using both the "add bank and add card" but every time I try to hit add card or bank it says "there was a problem with your account." finally I tried requesting a check by mail but PayPal keeps telling me to add a confirmed address which I think I have done but it never gives me an option to "confirm an address" it just says do it. I literally can't do anything on my account. Please help. Thanks.
